    Before investing in GSAS implementation, project stakeholders have the opportunity to seek all the information and get answers to all their questions related to the certification process, management and criteria assessments. Through a series of face-to-face meetings and/or video conferences, sustainability auditors at GSAS Trust address all relevant concerns during Pre-Certification Review.

  • Energy & Water Audits

    Energy and Water Audits are onsite inspections for energy and water related practices and measures undertaken by the facility. The primary objective of energy and/or water audits is to determine ways to reduce energy/water consumption and to lower operating costs accordingly. It provides a baseline for energy and water management in the facility and also provides the basis for planning a more effective use throughout the facility. It enables to achieve and maintain optimum energy/water utilization throughout the facility. This leads to minimize of energy costs / waste without affecting production & quality, and to minimize the environmental impacts.

  • Indoor Environment

    Indoor Environment Audits are onsite inspections for indoor environment related practices and measures undertaken by the facility. Environmental audits are implemented in buildings to optimize the existing indoor environment, and ensure maintaining a healthy indoor air quality for occupants and users of the facility. The purpose of the audits are to improve the efficiency of the environment with consideration to standards. Indoor environment audits include thermal comfort, lighting, views and acoustics. It also includes measurements of different air pollutants, as Carbon Monoxide (CO), Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Formaldehyde, Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOCs), Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2), Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), Particulate Matters (PM2.5) and Ozone (O3).
