GSAS Trust is committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct. For this reason, the implementation of GSAS framework follows all key principles of transparency and accountability. Before the award of the final certification rating, project stakeholders have the right to appeal. This requires GSAS Trust team to revisit the assessment with special consideration for the criterion highlighted by the project owner.
Once the appeal is initiated, GSAS Trust reviews the project’s sustainability performance, taking into account any modifications and improvements that might have been incorporated since the last audit. After revalidating all submittals, the final score and rating associated with the criterion is awarded.
