What sets GSAS apart is its ability to improve the design, construction and operations of building and infrastructure projects while also identifying sustainability challenges specific to the MENA region’s built environment.

Integrating project lifecycle approach

GSAS’ all-inclusive framework has been conceived and developed to follow an integrated lifecycle approach to improve the sustainability performance of the built environment during design, construction and operations stages. The system relies on eight categories that can effectively minimize the urbanization impact on environmental sustainability and improve human wellbeing.
